The MPLS Food Truck Festival lands Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Father Hennepin Bluff Park in southeast Minneapolis. Admission is free.

Per the MN Food Truck Festival: "The MPLS Food Truck Festival is returning to the City of Lakes — and we're doing it big. Join us Saturday, August 1st at Father Hennepin Bluff Park for a full day of food, music, and summer fun. And yes — it's FREE to attend." From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., the festival promises 40-plus of Minnesota's favorite food trucks serving bold street eats from around the world — Maine lobster rolls, shrimp tacos, smoked ribs, gyros, fro-yo, and everything in between.

That is the whole pitch, and on a riverfront bluff in August it does not need a longer one: show up hungry, bring cash and a tolerance for lines, and graze.
